Meet the Baker

My name is Tony Tanner, and I’ve been baking quality desserts for over 20 years. My passion for baking began in my grandparents’ kitchen, where I watched them create desserts with joy, care, and pride. Those moments inspired me to start baking of my own.

Like most bakers, I had my share of early failures—but each one taught me something valuable. One day, someone jokingly told me, “you have to cook with love,” and that idea stayed with me. It reminded me of my grandparents and the joy they brought into every recipe.

Today, that same passion shows up in everything I bake. My favorite dessert to make is lemon pound cake—a recipe inspired by my grandparents and still my most popular creation. Every cake is made with the same care, patience, and love that started it all.
